Artists invited to participate in exhibit
Douglas County artists who are 65 and older are invited to participate in the 2009 Art is Ageless juried art exhibit and contest.
The deadline for entries is 5 p.m. July 24. Entry forms and the rules are available at Lawrence Presbyterian Manor, 1429 Kasold Drive. Judging will be July 29, and an artists’ reception and awards ceremony will be at 2:30 p.m. July 31 in the recreation room.
The exhibit will be on display from July 28 to Aug. 3.
