The Kansas Home Care Association is seeking nominations for its home health care award.

If you or someone you know has recently received or is receiving home health services, KHCA invites you to make a nomination for one of five awards. The deadline is Friday.

Home health agency staff, including homemakers, home health aides, nurses, therapists, office staff and agency management, may be nominated. Forms and more information are available at www.kshomecare.org.

Award recipients will be recognized Sept. 17 at the KHCA annual conference in Wichita.
