Register of Deeds office to close for two hours on Thursday
The Douglas County Register of Deeds office will close from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday so staff members can attend funeral services for a former co-worker.
That day, the office in the courthouse, 1100 Mass., will be open from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The office will resume regular hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. For more information, call the office at 832-5282.
