Dr. Paul Cleveland and Nelson Nash recently spoke at a client appreciation luncheon and seminar hosted by Alpha & Omega Financial Services Inc., Lawrence.

Cleveland, an economics professor at Birmingham Southern College, talked about the pitfalls of government intervention and the direction it takes the nation.

Nash, author of “Becoming Your Own Banker,” spoke about the need for financing being greater than the need for financial protection.
