Part of Jayhawk Blvd. to be closed Wednesday
An eastbound section of Jayhawk Boulevard near Wescoe Hall will be closed from 2 to 10 p.m Wednesday, Kansas University officials announced Tuesday.
KU spokeswoman Jill Jess said in an e-mail the road would be closed to deliver part of a rooftop mechanical system, which would require the use of a crane. Officials are discouraging travel on any part of Jayhawk Boulevard during those hours.
