What he did: In Lawrence High's first game after winter break, the 6-foot-7 center scored 24 points on 11-of-16 shooting in leading the Lions (4-3) to a 72-64 Sunflower League victory over Olathe Northwest. Schneider also chipped in with four rebounds and two blocks.
Taylor Manning

What she did: After a slow start to the season, the junior forward got going quickly after the break. In the Firebirds' 43-29 road victory over Olathe North, Manning exploded for 14 points, including a run of six straight in the second quarter that propelled FSHS to victory.
