Hawk, your question of "where are the neighbors" conveys a definition which answers the question of why the homeless shelter should be relocated to a block nearby your house.

The beak knows squat. Why shouldn;'t the area be multi family. that is the point. Single family, what a bunch of nonsense. Where and who are the neighbors?

Hawk, once again your beak doesn't know beans. Or squat, for that matter.

This was the outcome of a skirmish between the owner of much of the property and many adjoining property owners. Research it a bit and you will figure it out. It didn't help that Compton had made 7th Street into a backdoor thoroughfare with his complex at 6th and Iowa.

We will move the Custom Highline building to E. Lawrence for you if you want to use it as a homeless shelter.

Well, that makes sense, given that apartments are to the east and commercial on the north. One would hope that the developer would have the good sense to put a first class infill project in there, but I am not holding my beak on it.
