The State Science and Technology Institute, a national organization dedicated to improving the economy through science and technology, has selected Overland Park as the site for next year’s annual conference.

The conference will be Oct. 20-22, 2009, at the Overland Park Sheraton Hotel.

The annual conference attracts an international crowd – including more than 350 business leaders and entrepreneurs – to learn from leading practitioners in technology-based economic development.
