These are exciting times, but it is hard to keep up with all the news. Obama gained more delegates. An economic stimulus package is about to be enacted. Congress is doing a hard-hitting investigation of whether Roger Clemens used performance-enhancing drugs. Britney is out of the hospital again. I read somewhere that 10 Americans were killed last week in – where was it? – Iraq. Only 10. The surge must be working.

Shaq was traded in a “stunning blockbuster deal.” The writers’ strike may be nearing an end. Home prices are down and foreclosures are up. Someone estimated that a million Iraqis have died as a result of the war. Memphis went to 23-0. Amy Winehouse hit it big at the Grammys. Oh, and another young American died in that same place, but the nice thing is that his dogs were sent home. Maybe you saw the picture of the dogs.
