Refurbished house to serve visiting scholars

Kansas University is dedicating its recently renovated International House and recognizing donors at a private ceremony Saturday morning.

The International House at 704 W. 12th St. will provide a residence to visiting scholars.

The recently renovated and fully furnished home offers five private bedrooms and shared living areas, including a kitchen, dining room, gathering rooms and laundry facilities.

Funding for the renovation was provided by Tom and Jann Rudkin of Los Gatos, Calif., through a private donation to KU Endowment.
