The colder weather won’t stop one of Lawrence’s popular workout sessions.

Red Dog’s Dog Days will move inside Allen Fieldhouse for the winter sessions beginning at 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Don “Red Dog” Gardner, a retired Lawrence police officer, leads the workouts. The workouts through the winter will be at 6 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The sessions start on the second floor of the fieldhouse in the south hallway. Participants should enter the fieldhouse through the east doors.

Weekend workouts will still be at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays behind Kizer-Cummings Jewelers, 833 Mass.
