Opening statements are slated for this morning in the case of a man accused of raping two women inside his Douglas County apartment.

Both sides spent much of Monday selecting a jury to hear the case.

The 49-year-old man faces multiple rape and aggravated kidnapping charges in connection with two separate incidents.

Prosecutors have said the sexual assaults occurred in December 2005 and March 2006.
