Injury accidents

¢ A 20-year-old Fort Riley man was transported to Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., following a one-car accident on U.S. Highway 56, seven miles west of Baldwin City. According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, about 4:25 p.m. Friday, Aaron J. Anderson was driving east on U.S. 56 and for an unknown reason drove into the north ditch, struck a creek bank with the left driver’s side and a culvert with the passenger side rear quarter. The 2004 Chrysler Anderson was driving flipped and landed on its top. A hospital official would neither confirm nor deny his condition because of privacy policies.
