LRM earns bid for 19th Street work
Kansas Department of Transportation accepted a nearly $1.2 million bid for grading and resurfacing work on 19th Street from Ohio to Alabama streets, the department announced Wednesday. The work will be done by LRM Industries Inc. & Subsidiary, a Lawrence company.
The project will require 19th Street to be closed to all traffic from May 23 to Aug. 4.
The bid letting was March 19 in Topeka.
