Randy Katzer has been promoted to engineering technician IV at Landplan Engineering, Lawrence.

Katzer provides technical assistance for civil engineering and landscape architecture projects, including stormwater, street, sanitary sewer and waterline projects for residential, commercial and industrial developments.

His current projects include Northgate Commercial Development, Bauer Farm Mixed-Use Development and Oregon Trail Residential Subdivision, all in Lawrence.

Landplan has offices in Lawrence, Junction City and Kansas City, Mo.
