Home buyer program set for April 21

Lenders affiliated with Douglas County Bank will conduct a Home Buyer Education Program from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. April 21 in the bank's branch at 4340 W. Sixth St., at the northeast corner of Sixth Street and Folks Road.
The program is set up to cover the entire home buying process and allows participants time to discuss questions and concerns.
Seating is limited, so people interested in attending the free event are asked to contact Mary Grob, the bank's vice president for loan services, at 865-1092, or Doug Gaston, vice president for real estate loan services, at 865-1013.

Anyone today buying a home is getting gamed by the banks, the real estate agents, and even the sellers. The whole business of real estate is slimy these days.
