The April meeting of the local chapter of the Older Women’s League is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.

Guest speaker David Galante, administrator of the Lawrence Transit System, will discuss proposed changes to the transportation system and how these changes may affect senior citizens. Social time will begin at 1:30 p.m.
