Mayor Sue Hack will be among those working to promote breast cancer awareness at an upcoming health fair.

Health Care Access, a Lawrence nonprofit agency that provides medical services to the uninsured, will host a Women's Health Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Health Care Access Clinic, 1920 Moodie Road.

The health fair will feature a licensed professional who will provide clinical breast exams as well as information on nutrition, exercise programs and therapy.
