Tradition lost

To the editor:

I agree to boycotting the game, but I disagree with bringing in your ticket for a discount, unless it’s a season ticket. If it’s not, don’t buy it in the first place.

I suppose it’s the Board of Regents’ fault. The top administrative positions at KU, especially the athletic director, should be held by Kansans who are aware of KU’s traditions, and the bottom line should not be held as an indicator of performance.

Otherwise, things like the KU-Misery game at Arrowhead happen, as do Phog Allen’s heirs getting kicked out of their seats.
