Two staffers attend screening training

Tiny-k Early Intervention

Ashley Baehr and Megan Rierson, early interventionists with the tiny-k Early Intervention program, Lawrence, recently completed training and became certified to perform vision screenings on infants, toddlers and preschoolers, ages birth to 5 years old.

The tiny-k program provides support and resources to families and children, birth to 3 years old, who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Screenings are available to all children in Douglas County four times a year.
