Jefferson County and state law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant Friday and discovered marijuana plants growing on a farm south of McLouth.
Nearly 90 plants were confiscated from an area between two barns at the farm in the 4900 block of Washington Road, Undersheriff Jeff Herrig said.
No charges have been filed and an investigation is continuing, Herrig said. The Kansas Highway Patrol and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation also are investigating.
