To the editor:

Because of circumstances beyond my control, I am writing this letter to the editor for maximum readership. I would like to thank the four or five KU students and one instructor who took time to stop and assist me when I unfortunately took a tumble down the concrete stairs between Murphy Hall and the Art and Design Building last Wednesday around 10 a.m.

I fell forward on my forehead and can’t remember anybody’s name who helped me. All I know is that KU has some very caring and compassionate students who make me proud to be not only a KU employee but also an alumna of this wonderful university on the Great Plains. Many, many thanks to my good Samaritans – you know who you are! I shall now pay it forward.
