Ron King, an agent for American Family Insurance in Lawrence, has been named Kansas District Agent of the Month for August, the third month he has won the award that is based on total new business generated.

The August honor puts King on schedule to qualify for the company’s annual Line Leaders trip, planned to be conducted in Hawaii.

King is a four-time winner of American Family’s Kansas Agent of the Year Award.
