Callahan Creek, the Lawrence-based marketing communications agency, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a presentation by two top-level Anheuser-Busch executives, and the creation of scholarships through the Kansas University Endowment Association.
The presentation, followed by the scholarship announcement, is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Kansas University's Swarthout Recital Hall. The event is open to the public.
David Peacock and Robert Lachky, of Anheuser-Busch, will speak on "Marketing To The New Consumer." Lachky was responsible for the "I Love You Man" advertising campaign for Bud Light, as well as Budweiser's "Wassup?!" promotions and the award-winning Bud Light "Real Men of Genius" radio campaign.
Callahan Creek will name the first two recipients of its scholarships after the presentation.
