A 21-year-old woman was injured early Friday morning when she fell out of a window on the third floor of an apartment building at 1605 Tenn., Lawrence Police said.

The woman, whose name has not yet been released, was taken by helicopter to Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan. She is a former KU student. Her condition was not available.

Police said the fall, which was reported at 3:28 a.m., was accidental. No other details were available.
