At the last minute, the meeting will convene after all, where the commission will then pass some new laws like the intangibles tax and it's tax on breathing.

Sue Hack was overheard at a party some time ago saying it would be best to hold sessions in the morning so the commission would not be burdened with so much public comment.
I guess other commissioners agreed with her.
