Florida ? Two men accused of murdering four people last month aboard the charter fishing boat Joe Cool were arraigned on murder, kidnapping and robbery charges Thursday during a brief appearance in Miami federal court.

The defendants, shackled at their feet, stood mute.
Each man was charged with four counts of first-degree murder, four counts of kidnapping and one count of robbery in the case that began Sept. 22 when the pair chartered the Joe Cool out of Miami Beach.
