Antique cars featured
The 35th annual Antique Car Show will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds, 2110 Harper St.
The show, sponsored by the Lawrence Region Antique Automotive Club of America, will have special displays, antique toys, model cars and auto-related items. There will be about 175 entries. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and a trophy presentation will be at 2 p.m.
Food and drinks will be provided by 4-H Clubs. The cost to attend is a free-will donation. For more information, call the club at 843-2222.
