Clinic to present health fair for women
Health Care Access Clinic is offering a Women’s Health Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The fair – with a theme of “You Deserve It” – will feature information about nutrition, exercise programs and therapy. Participants can receive a free clinical breast exam and will be able to schedule a mammogram.
Besides a food tent and children’s activities, the clinic is offering facials and chair massages. It also will be giving away prizes.
The clinic, 1920 Moodie Road, provides medical care, referrals and medication to uninsured, low-income people of Douglas County.
