Topeka ? Free State High’s volleyball team fell to Topeka Hayden, 12-25, 18-25, 24-26, in a dual on Tuesday at Hayden’s gym.

Chantay Caron was cited for strong play for Free State.

The Firebirds (14-9) will play Olathe Northwest and Shawnee Mission East on Thursday at Olathe Northwest. Two wins would give the Firebirds the league title.
