CD Tradepost stores are working to send CDs, DVDs and video games to U.S. troops stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan this holiday season.
The company is conducting its "Thank the Troops for Giving" promotion, which runs through the end of November. For each product a customer buys at CD Tradepost and donates to send to the troops, the company will match the gift with a second comparable product.
The products will be mailed in time to reach troops by Dec. 25, said owner Linda Morton, who has two stores in Lawrence.
