Association honors physical therapist
Physical therapist Carolyn Bloom, of Bloom & Associates Therapy, received the 2007 Outstanding Practice Award from the American Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice Section, during a meeting Nov. 8 in San Diego.
Bloom has practiced in the Lawrence, Eudora and Topeka areas for 34 years. In 2004, Bloom was appointed by Gov. Kathleen Sebelius to the Kansas Physical Therapy Advisory Council of the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.
