The Kansas chapter of Americans for Prosperity has hired Jim Mullins, Lawrence, to serve as field director for the eastern half of the state.

Mullins, who has operated his own business for 25 years, has been active in Kansas politics. As a field director, Mullins will organize new chapters in his area of responsibility, with a goal for helping influence fiscal policies at the state and local levels.
