The Lawrence Apple Users’ Group 2.0’s next meeting, “Home Automation via your Mac,” will be conducted at 7 p.m. June 6 in the community room at Signs of Life Bookstore, 722 Mass.

Bruce Sergeant will discuss how he uses Macs to automate many functions in his home. Organizers say that even if people don’t want to control their entire homes with a Mac, it might be nice to be able to turn out lights in the home office remotely.
