Jayhawk File earns state honor

Jayhawk File Express LLC, a Topeka-based record center with operations in Lawrence, has been honored as one of the top five Existing Businesses of the Year by the Kansas Small Business Development Center.

The company was recognized for its entrepreneurship, innovation and contribution to the growth of Kansas businesses. Bob Featherston, chief executive officer of Jayhawk File Express CEO, accepted the award at a March ceremony at the Kansas Statehouse in Topeka.

Jayhawk File Express – nominated for the award by the Kansas University Small Business Development Center, in downtown Lawrence – provides record management, storage, scanning, media storage and secure shredding services.
