T. Jeffrey Martin has rejoined Lawrence-based Landplan Engineering to work as director of operations for the firm’s office in Kansas City, Mo.

Martin returns to the firm with more than 25 years of engineering and management experience. His responsibilities include staff development, day-to-day operations and marketing for the Kansas City office.

He received his law degree in 1980 from Kansas University after earning a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1977 and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Arizona State University in 1976.

Landplan provides civil engineering, landscape architecture, land-use planning and surveying services. It has offices in Lawrence, Junction City and Kansas City, Mo.
