KU Dining Services donates to relief effort
A portion of retail sales for KU Dining Services, as well as the All-University Supper, will be donated to Heart to Heart International in order to help those whose lives were affected by the Greensburg tornado.
Through the end of this week, 15 percent of sales at Summit Subs and Brellas Sandwich Crafters locations on the Kansas University campus will be given to Heart to Heart. Brellas operates stores in the Kansas Union, The Underground at Wescoe Hall, The Studio in Hashinger Hall and Burge Union. Summit Subs is at Oliver Hall.
Heart to Heart has sent medical teams to the Greensburg area to help fill a gap that was created when the local hospital was destroyed.
