City commissioners unanimously approved a taxi cab license for Zippy Taxi.

Commissioners approved the application after city staff members withdrew their opposition to it. Staff members originally had concerns that the company had been operating illegally without a license. But city staff said the business’ owner, Terrell Session, had provided additional information on his application that now satisfied them.
