Lawrence attorney now NYSE arbitrator
Mark Rockwell, an attorney with Knox, Johnson, Rockwell & Babbit, Lawrence, has agreed to serve as an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange.
As an arbitrator, Rockwell now can render binding, court-enforceable decisions in disputes between investors and brokerages.
Rockwell, who received his law degree from Washburn University, served an internship while in law school in the office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner.
