Funk music enthusiasts corral a suited Quinton Cheney, a Kansas University junior from Fort Scott, who breaks down in dance on the sidewalk west of Fraser Hall. KU students celebrated the third biannual Funk Fest on Friday on the sidewalks along Jayhawk Boulevard. The dance and funk spectacle energized passers-by, prompting many to drop their books and dance between classes.
