Lawrence’s South Park will be the local setting for Thursday’s National Day of Prayer.

The public is invited to join the Douglas County National Day of Prayer Committee from 12:10 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the South Park Gazebo, 1141 Mass.

Participants can bring a sack lunch for a time of fellowship between 11:15 a.m. and noon.
