Swanson, a right-handed pitcher, set a school record for saves in a season when he closed out both ends of a doubleheader Saturday at the College Boulevard Activities Center. He recorded his fifth save in a 10-6 victory against Olathe South and picked up his record-breaking sixth in a 10-7 victory against Blue Valley North.
