Michael S. Maher, Lawrence, has joined Lawrence-based Prosoco Inc. as the company’s presentation arts specialist, responsible for helping make and update technically advanced education and sales presentations for the company’s live and online audiences.

Maher, a native of San Jose, Calif., has lived in Lawrence since 1988.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kansas University and certification as a webmaster from New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Overland Park.

Before joining Prosoco, Maher taught preschool at the Ballard Community Center in North Lawrence.

He also has worked as a graphic designer and customer service support technician.

Prosoco is a national manufacturer of products for cleaning, protecting and maintaining concrete, brick and stone architecture.
