Capitol Federal hires new planning officer
Lawrence resident Carl Ricketts is the new first vice president and chief strategic planning officer for Capitol Federal Savings.
John B. Dicus, president of the Topeka-based company, announced the recent hiring. Ricketts previously spent 25 years in gas and electric utilities businesses.
Ricketts is a graduate of Emporia State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree.
Ricketts is a member of the Emporia State University Foundation Board of Trustees, the ESU Business School Advisory Board and the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence Advisory Board.
