Lincoln, Neb. The Free State High boys and girls track and field teams earned four first-place finishes during a weekend meet at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
On the boys side, Keron Toussaint was a double winner, claiming the 200 meters in 23.20 seconds and the 400 in 51.30. Todd Lee won the pole vault with a leap of 11 feet, 6 inches, helping FSHS to a second-place finish among 11 teams.
On the girls side, Kyra Kilwein won the 1,600 in 5:34.60, helping the Firebirds to a third-place finish among eight teams.
