Joe Karnes has joined Central National Bank in Lawrence as a trust officer and registered representative.

Karnes helps customers reach their financial goals in several areas, including retirement, college funding and estate planning. He offers a variety of investment and protection products.

Karnes comes to the bank after more than six years with Allstate Financial Services. Before that, he worked with Prudential Financial Services. Karnes also can be heard on broadcasts for the Kansas City Chiefs Radio Network.
