Kansas University graduate William Crandall will oversee the development of the Kansas City Logistics Hub near Gardner as the new president of The Allen Group’s affiliate in Kansas.

Crandall will manage the Kansas City office for the company, a San Diego-based developer of industrial and office properties.

Crandall previously was president of Crandall+Company, a real estate consulting firm. At Zimmer Real Estate Services Inc., he was master developer for Village West in Kansas City, Kan. He also was development manager for the Sprint World Headquarters Campus in Overland Park.
