Lawrence resident Susan Schneweis, executive vice president for Hartsook Companies Inc., was a featured presenter during the 2007 American Humanics Management Institute conducted Jan. 3-6 in Washington, D.C.

Schneweis offered two sessions during the management institute: “Fear Factor: The Face-to-Face Ask” and “So Now You are the Executive Director of an Unknown, Under-Funded Agency,” a session she developed based on her experience as executive director of Hannah’s House Foundation, Lawrence.

Schneweis, a fundraiser for 18 years, has been with Hartsook Companies for nine years, and has directed several successful multimillion dollar campaigns and has helped dozens of organizations with campaign readiness reviews and assessments.
