Woman released after driving through wall

A Lawrence woman was released from the hospital Saturday, a day after driving a car through a brick wall, a Kansas University Medical Center nursing supervisor said.

Suzanne Rogers, 27, was airlifted by helicopter to Kansas University Medical Center with head injuries she suffered in the accident Friday night.

The vehicle hit an approximately 4-foot-high wall on the northern side of Harvard Square Apartments, 2105 Harvard Road.
