De Soto auctioneer earns designation
Rick Stricker, De Soto, attended classes in Seattle to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation from the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute.
Stricker and his wife, Carrie, own The Auction Edge, a company specializing in benefit auction consultation and bid calling.
The designation indicates that the auctioneer has specialized knowledge in conducting benefit auctions.
Rick Stricker is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and the World Champion College of Auctioneering in Bakersfield, Calif.
